The fix will be included with 46.0.1 / 45.2esr[1]. I'd probably wait for
release in order to avoid MFH churn/conflicts. If you don't how to apply:

  $ cd /usr/ports/www/firefox
  $ fetch -qo- 'https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr45/raw-rev/797112ba4b5b' |
    sed -E 's|^([-+]{3}) [ab]/|\1 |' >files/patch-bug1266366
  $ make install clean

  $ cd /usr/ports/www/firefox-esr
  # same as above

  $ cd /usr/ports/www/libxul
  # same as above

  $ cd /usr/ports/mail/thunderbird
  $ fetch -qo- 'https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr45/raw-rev/797112ba4b5b' |
    sed -E 's|^([-+]{3}) [ab]/|\1 mozilla/|' >files/patch-bug1266366
  $ make install clean
