Why is informenter disabled ?

At the referred URL 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/informenter/), there is 
a message that the add-on is not available for your architecture. So I 
cannot install, nor do I know how to submit port updates myself. Kindly 
help - I badly need this add-on. Thanks.
