Audio capture currently only works with PULSEAUDIO option enabled. ALSA won't
work due to device enumeration code in WebRTC implementation not being
compatible with alsa-plugins such as the one for OSS. Native OSS exists as a
WIP patch in even as WIP patch in files/patch-bug1021761 but doesn't cover
WebRTC yet.
