So, DEBUG build hints at an issue that maybe caused by
files/patch-system-openh264. The patch needs to be reworked to use MOZ_GMP_PATH
like Gentoo. Can you try removing it?

I can't test DEBUG option as it takes too much time to build due to memory
thrashing.
