I am proposing two patches.  One makes sure that we still have a valid
BUILD_DEPENDS or RUN_DEPENDS based on the required version (the IGNORE remains
in place), so that portmaster works properly for upgrading fetchmail-i18n-32 to
-33 if firefox-32 is installed (it goes by the BUILD_DEPENDS and determines it
needs to upgrade firefox first, without the patch, portmaster fails).

The other patch fixes two spellings, one of the GECKO_CONFIG variable, and of
one IGNORE message.
