libretro-cores-v4

Here's my changes:

I've bumped some beetle cores to newer commits because of some changes in
upstream. Hope you don't mind.

Added PLIST_FILES and removed pkg-plist files.

I've also revised every single port to check it out if everything is fine.

Tested if builds and runs.
