After ten years, a new version of NetHack has been released

Dear glewis:

Hello, I'd like to let you know that a new version of NetHack
<http://nethack.org/>has been released.  It *has* been twelve years to the
dot since the last version was released, so I do not at all expect you to
have been watching for it, but I do request that you please add nethack36
to the packages and ports repository.
