ZFS question

Short answer: nope.

If the folks in each building will only edit their own datasets, then you
can send/recv one dataset from Bldg 1 -> Bldg2, and the other dataset from
Bldg2 -> Bldg1.  But if they're going to be working on the same datasets at
the same time, then you need to use a different tool.
