Koobs: the initial patch was committed, MFCd, and an EN was issues.

However, it seems to have made the issue less frequent, rather than resolving
it entirely.

I have not had the time recently to develop a better patch.

Do any others subscribed to this bug still face this issue? Is there an updated
reproduction case?
