what's the mb/s for the TRIMs?

There's a sweet spot for TRIM requests that varies based on each drive. just
trims each of the blocks in sequence, which is a lot of trim requests. It also
does it synchronously, IIRC, which reduces the performance (a little on SSDs, a
lot on NVMe).
