Given this fact, do you think that there are

 1. Ways to prevent such an interlocked in production
    (e.g. by avoiding certain operations)
 2. Ways an unprivileged user could use this to break a system
 3. Ways to still use 11.2 with ZFS in production
 4. Reasons to add this to the release errata section
