The machine crashed again, with a kernel panic. Unfortunately, the kernel dump
was not configured. I can access the kernel debug with a VNC web console, and
take some screenshots.

you can see on the top procstat, sh and perl5.26.1 are in state "ufs"
and here is the perl process pid 28098 with sys_openat()
