I am using TRIM without problem on:

- 2 x OCZ-VERTEX4 128GB in mirror on FreeBSD, updated now to 
10.2-RELEASE, from Feb. '13
- Samsung SSD 840 EVO 120GB FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE from Oct '14
- Trascend SSD370 64GB on FreeBSD 10.2-STABLE from Apr. '15
