multiple vdevs on boot ZFS pool

It's a 9.2 "issue", fixed in 9.3. In running 2 mirror vdevs in the only
pool on a 9.3 system. It's a bootable pool, and I've treated booting from
all 4 disks (changing boot order in BIOS) without issues.
