DES was working on a system to automatically extract all the sysctls
and their descriptions (if present) and export the to doc. Last time
he said he had a showstopper, but that was at last years EuroBSDcon
when I asked him and I didn't get to ask him last week at BSDCan.
Although I think that he is too busy with other stuff. However, I
think this is worthwile to pursue and maybe someone can pick it up
from him.

For now, the 'sysctl -d' command can be used as described above.
