Not sure it's working correctly:
Patched 10-stable and this are the arc stats:

Max Size (High Water): 8:1 6.76 GiB

ARC: 865M Total, 101M MFU, 478M MRU, 16K Anon, 43M Header, 242M Other

Swap: 4096M Total, 4096M Free



Arc doesn't grow lager then min size.
