FreeBSD support being added to GlusterFS

Ah do we also need to use "/var/db" for  "/usr/local/var/log" - hmm it
should have created the directories in "mkdir_p" fashion - i will
verify why it didn't.  I must have missed this since my FreeBSD
installation might already have "/usr/local/var/log" from a previous
installation.

Will fix them and update here - thanks again for testing.

NOTE: Main porting fixes are part of the upstream repo - i pushed them
this week. I have a pending reviews for this change from "/var/lib" to
"/var/db" which are pending some reviews.
