There are:
  ufs2tools - UFS for Windows
and talk about:
  FFS File System Driver for Windows

Never used it myself.

Maybe NTFS using FUSE is not so bad nowadays.

But the most easy (compatible) and stable solution might be a fileserver  
sharing the data over Samba or NFS.
