Questions re swap-on-zfs

Thanks everyone for the assistance and the explanation for why swap "pri"
will not work.

@Ronald Klop: Wouldn't going through ccd(4) slow the throughput to the HDD
by reason of extra processing layer? I want to make sure there is close to
none of performance penalty before implementing.
