Using AMD with NFS Mounts

I'm not using the symlinks option; I've specified "autofs_use_lofs =
yes" to mount the directories in-place.  I don't want AMD's normal
symlink structure because I want all the mounts to behave the same way
as the Linux/Mac/Sun machines do.
