Errors (ZFS) with Supmermicro AOC-USAS2-L8e

I have two of those boards flashed with IT and on both I see reset
notices. I also have an LSI 9211-8i in both systems flashed to IT and do
not see resets. Both handle ZFS volumes.

Clearly I've missed something. Any idea what to look at?
