Update:
I tried with OpenSolaris 2009.06 
<http://dlc.sun.com/osol/opensolaris/2009/06/osol-0906-x86.iso> liveCD. 
Pool was visible, but import wasn't possible because ZFSv28 was too new 
for this realease.
Then i tried with latest OpenIndiana, but unfortunately, it doesn't even 
see my pool.
