RFC: make the experimental NFS subsystem the default one

It is my feeling that you have been unnecessarily slammed.  I have not 
tried the experimental NFS but then again I am not running the latest 
FreeBSD either.  When I do update my FreeBSD, I will be sure to use 
your experimental version.

My main interest is interoperability with systems other than FreeBSD 
such as Solaris, Linux, and Apple's OS X.  Client throughput of 
FreeBSD's default NFS is low.  I would be hoping to get more 
throughput.  Also, modern NFS uses TCP so I would expect to use that. 
I am also using the automounter and hope that the updated NFS works at 
least as well (or better) than the default one.
