Error Message with FBSD 8 & ZFS after doing a cvsup and rebuild, any ideas?

Yep, your right, it's rsync causing the generation of the messages. I
did also run a portupgrade as well, and I do believe there was an update to
rsync if I recall, but am not 100% positive. I just ran the update script
for the clamav databases, and saw the following during execution:

+ rsync --no-motd
--files-from=/var/db/clamav-addon/configs/ss-include-dbs.txt -crtz
--timeout=30 --stats rsync://69.63.144.18/sanesecurity
/var/db/clamav-addon/ss-dbs
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid
argument, falling back on umask
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid
argument, falling back on umask

+ rsync -cqrt /var/db/clamav-addon/ss-dbs/jurlbl.ndb /var/db/clamav
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid
argument, falling back on umask
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid
argument, falling back on umask

+ rsync -cqrt /var/db/clamav-addon/ss-dbs/jurlbla.ndb /var/db/clamav
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid
argument, falling back on umask
default_perms_for_dir: sys_acl_get_file(., ACL_TYPE_DEFAULT): Invalid

So I take it there is some loss of love between rsync and zfs, but
hopefully nothing major to worry about..

 Thanks for the quick reply..
