misc/118855: [zfs] ZFS-related commands are nonfunctional in fixit shell

Hello list.

and zpool commands are nonfunctional in the fixit shell of the
7.0-BETA4-i386-livefs.iso cd image. When either command is run, the
result is "internal error: failed to initialize ZFS library"."

This PR was submitted on Dec 19 2007 and the same issue still persists
on 7.2-RELEASE, is there anything being done to fix this? I am
evaluating a small-time deployment of ZFS, but not being able to debug
anything ZFS related from within a Fixit envronment if/when things go
south is a huge "NO-GO" sign.
