ZFS and FAULTED devices (corrupted data), can't make the pool ONLINE again

I've changed vdev.c from RELENG_7 to HEAD and now it gives:
zpool replace -f people da3
cannot replace da3 with da3: da3 is busy

The drive is still FAULTED...
