No.  You system will crash.  The best you can do is mount two read-only.

Actually, I think you might be able to mount a snapshot RO, but I'm not
sure.  I'd be intrested in knowing if you could do that since it would
provide an intresting way to do dump based backups with a SAN or via a
dual ported drive (such as SAS drives).
