Result of voting on FCP-0

Dear all,

Core has just completed their vote on FCP-0:

Votes tallied:

   Yes:  9
   No:   0
   DNV:  0

Therefore it gives me great pleasure to announce that FCP-0 has been
accepted by Core on behalf of the project.  Anyone wishing to make any
substantive changes to FCP-0 should now follow the procedure described
there in order to do so.
