It’s already available as lang /erlang-runtime21 just prepend 

/usr/local/lib/erlang21/bin

to your PATH and do the normal things.

An update to 21.3 is coming soon for it as well.

There are a few more things still dependent on OTP19 to tidy up, before we can bump the default  lang/erlang.
