E on FreeBSD: EFL Port

Greetings,

I trust this mail finds you well. I was just wondering if anyone has
planned to bump the EFL port to 1.17/1.18 given the fixes it provides to
stop efreetd segfaulting with E20.

Whilst the above fix presents new bugs, it does make E20 at least usable
again. What do you reckon?
