Dear Colleague,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we would like to cordially invite you to participate in the upcoming 8th International Conference Education, Research & Development to be held in Elenite Holiday Village, Bulgaria from 4th to 8th September 2017.

The goal of the Conference is to bring together researchers, teachers and institutional leaders with interests in pedagogy and methodology of education, e-learning and distance education, academia management and leadership, education in multicultural society, education financing and professional development to address recent research results and to present and discuss their ideas, theories, technologies, systems, tools, applications, work in progress and experiences.

The Conference is organized by the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria, Science & Education Foundation (Bulgaria), VUZF University (Bulgaria), New Education Foundation (Poland), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), Kazakh National Agrarian University (Kazakhstan), Department of Engineering and Computer Graphics at ITMO University (Russia).

This is the fourth time the Conference will take place in the magnificent five-star Hotel Royal Castle, situated by the shore of Black Sea. In 2016 we welcomed people from Albania, Australia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Lithuania, Moldova, Oman, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States and Uzbekistan to the Event.
