This is an ongoing issue over many versions.  I just haven't complained about
it until now because it's not a serious problem.

When starting up a FreeBSD guest with the guest additions installed, the first
three mouse clicks always have no effect.

The 4th and subsequent clicks behave normally.

The mouse moves fine and mouse-over actions work from the beginning.
