linux-c7-devtools-libmpc.patch

The `/compat/linux/usr/libexec/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.8.5/cc1` binary,
installed by `cpp` RPM, needs `libmpc.so.3`, which is not installed or pulled
by dependencies.

As it doesn't seem to be used anywhere else currently, I have added it to the
list of RPMs installed by this port, rather than create a new port, in a manner
similar to `libgomp`
