Upgraded FBSD-9.3 VirtualBox to V5.1.0. VBox Guest VLC playback still fails.
FBSD VBox host errors show persistent "Read of scrambled sector without
authentication" issues. Tried a second, newer DVD and had the same result.

CentOS-6.8 VLC is 2.1.6-1. Will attempt to compile and install VLC Version
2.2.4 on CentOS-6.8 VBox guest and try again.
