Can you check this IRQ. How much is the counter changing per second.

It looks like the VM is sharing IRQs.

You might try to set:

hw.usb.ohci.debug=16; sleep 1; hw.usb.ohci.debug=0

Same for ehci and xhci. And see if there are interrupts with STATUS=0, 
which means spurious IRQs.
