Error running VirtualBox 4.3.20_4 on PC-BSD 10.0

You can try two things:

ldd /usr/local/lib/virtualbox/VBoxRT.so

And see if it shows you an existing libcurl line. For example
libcurl.so.4 => /usr/local/lib/libcurl.so.4 (0x8021d4000)

You can try to install curl package.

Anyway, I recommand you to upgrade PC-BSD to 10.1.1 and update all you 
packages.
