At this point, I am inclined not to allow this change this late in the release
cycle, as several concerns have been raised in this ticket, as well as within
re@ internally.

We are no longer accepting MFC requests to stable/10 until after the 10.2-RC1
builds have finished, so I've changed the affected version from 10.1-STABLE to
10.2-STABLE.
