Mk/bsd.linux-rpm.mk does not allow grouping rules (:something)

As it seems to work, feel free to go ahead and commit the patch. 

Btw: even the linux base should have at least two download locations, one for the src,  the other one for the binaries. If the grouping can not be used with MASTER_SITES_SUBDIR, it may be beneficial to rewrite in a way which allows to use the grouping.
