Wow!! I got success! Please use phonon from
http://rpm.pbone.net/index.php3/stat/4/idpl/15756310/dir/scientific_linux_5/com/qt47-x11-4.7.2-1_18.el5.i386.rpm.html

Also you need the following packages:
openssl-1.0.0-27
qt47-4.7.2-1_18.el6
qtwebkit-2.0-3


And run:
skype --disable-api


I keep feedback about sound in 1-2 days
