Linux Skype 4.0.0.8 on FreeBSD is works!

The cam is working, but audio calls (also to the Skype's echo service)
are failing after the first or second test call; during the call to echo
only incoming UDP is to be seen with TCPDUMP, no outbound UDP. There mus
be something wrong with the emulation of the audio ioctl's, it seems.
