Can't confirm this.
uname -a:

pkg info | grep -i virt
virtualbox-ose-4.2.20_1 A general-purpose full virtualizer for x86 hardware
virtualbox-ose-kmod-4.2.20 VirtualBox kernel module for FreeBSD
Built it now, and without any error.
There is options for virtualbox-ose:
DBUS, NLS, QT4, UDPTUNNEL, VNC, X11
