Problems building Virtualbox on 9.0

I suppose that is possible, but I always use vipw, which runs
pwd_mkdb. In any case, during the build, the vboxusers was first
created, and then later on complained that vboxusers was already
created and terminated the build. That seems a bit conflicted to me :)
