Your configure looks like you are building without X11 (showconfig says
differen) so i guess there is a WITHOUT_X11 in your make.conf or somewhere
else. So i've build with all options disabled and got an identical
configure output like yours but could not reproduce your compile problem.

Can you please check your make.conf and try with the latest port if that
problem persists?
