vbox: Assertion fails with -current r200112

I updated -current last night to r200112 and recompiled vbox. I have
the following in /boot/loader.conf (which has been working for me):
vboxdrv_load="yes"
vboxnetflt_load="yes"
vboxnetadp_load="yes"

When I rebooted I got the error message in the following photo:

previous working kernel was r199933.
