Done. Patch-level 3 is located here (a link to test-f8.3.tar.bz2):
ftp://ftp.ipt.ru/pub/FreeBSD/linux-f8/test-f8.tar.bz2 .

Changes since patch-level 2:
. those gtk engines added to x11-toolkits/linux-f8-gtk2;
. component libjpeg renamed to a traditional one jpeg.

To upgrade from other patch-levels use:

# ./uninstall [your_ports_tree]
# ./install [your_ports_tree]
