jzIntv - Portable Intellivision Emulator

Sometime ago I helped port this to FreeBSD-amd64, testers on all platforms are
welcome:

Oh.. you do need some ROMs from the "Intellivision Lives" collection, although
I think there are some miniROMs and games available on the net for free.
