Perhaps (completely untested):
@exec mkdir -p %D/proc || true
@dirrmtry proc
@unexec [ ! -d %D/proc ] || echo "+++ Please unmount linprocfs and remove
%D/proc by hand!"
and not touching linprocfs at all.
