Staroffice7 install

Anyone have any suggestions on how to get StarOffice7 to install
under 5.1.  Right now if I run "setup" I get:

philo:office7 (75) :./setup
glibc version: 2.2.4
	[a graphic progress bar]
philo:office7 (76) :

I even have linprocfs running...

Filesystem  1024-blocks     Used   Avail Capacity  Mounted on
linprocfs             4        4       0   100%    /usr/compat/linux/proc

Thats it.  Any clues would be helpful.
