I see that your TP-WN1043ND.hints has 1 usec delay.  Technically that would be too fast; the datasheet says minimum time for SCLK being high and low respectively is 4 microseconds.  With the current code, that would be hint.iicbb.0.udelay=2.

I'm building now to test.
