[nanobsd] Build failure on RELENG_6

I came across this issue before, also using the example  
configuration.  I found this solution on a forum.  Try removing  
"NO_INSTALLLIB=YES" from the CONF_INSTALL section.  I admit to not  
knowing what this option does, though.
